We pick up at the entrance to the barrow, out of breath from fleeing the rats, and hear strange zipping and zapping from the part of the barrow where the weird racist lines were.
With no sense of self preservation, we dive into the barrow to investigate. Luther fumbles to open the secret door that the dark elves opened last time a few times before a horrible skeletal dead-monk fusion bursts through the secret door and grabs Luther's shield. As we flee, Cordon casts Fog Wall to blind anyone behind the big skeleton. In response, 77 hit point damage worth of Lightning Bolts evaporate Cordon, Luther, Kaspar, and Corso (hireling). Whoops!
We flee from the dungeon and run across Surti, the leader of an adventuring party, who asks us what the fuck happened. We tell him an act of God killed Cordon Withrope.
So we flee back to the fort. The barrow explodes, undead start streaming out of the ruins. A huge kraken-creature gets thrown out of the barrow and dies in the open air. There's a lot of other shit that happens as basically the entire dungeon becomes an open-concept design.
Pignose and Mercutio, the only survivors, flee back to town. The Church pressgangs Pignose into service, changing him into a Cleric, and the entire thing goes down as another dark omen in the world of bear witness...
